Insurance Information

Vision Exam Visits

When you come in for your vision exam, your vision insurance will apply to the exam and possibly frames, lenses and/or contact lenses (depending on your policy). We will verify and explain your benefits to you at the time of your visit.

Medical Visits

If Dr. Matzkin finds potential medical concerns after your eye exam, you may be scheduled to return for further evaluation. Due to the nature of insurance benefits, we are unable to see patients for both vision and medical conditions on the same visit.

We accept the majority of medical and vision insurances. Please verify with your insurance provider or call our office for assistance.

Our Cancellation & No Show Policy

For the convenience of all of our valued patients and staff, we require 24 hours' notice whenever you need to cancel an appointment. Getting cancellation information in advance allows us to adjust our staff schedule or notify another patient who might be waiting for an appointment opening.

Because our staff carves out time for each patient, we regret that we must charge a $50 no-show fee if you are both unable to make your appointment and unable to call us 24 hours in advance to let us know.
